• Plan, develop and Implement strategy for HR Management including policy/practices, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, succession planning and performance management.
• Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer‐employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement and morale.
•Conduct on-going evaluation of all human resources practices, policies and programs. Protect interests of the organization in accordance with human resource policies and governmental laws and regulations.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of labour law and assure compliance including providing direction to managers and staff to ensure they are fully informed of HR requirements, objectives and plan &s, conducting any personnel‐related investigations as appropriate and necessary.
• Coordinate the hiring of new staff members and interns including recruitment, hiring, orientation and on-boarding process.
• Salary administration including updating salary ranges, conducting salary comparisons and working with managers to implement changes to ensure smooth administration of payroll.
•Administer complete benefits package including health insurance, retirement, life insurance, workers’ compensation & monitor administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies.
•Oversee Performance Management System and designing the annual training plan and preparing the training budget to maintain and improve the employees strengths, thus achieving the company goals and objectives and fulfilling the company vision & mission.

• Conducting the job analysis to create and update clear job descriptions in order to hire, train, compensate, and evaluate the employees & Responsible for ensuring all staff are recruited and trained in accordance to the HR Polices & Procedures to meet company needs and objectives.
• Identifying the training needs assessments (TNA ), designing the annual training plan and preparing the training budget to maintain and improve the employees strengths, thus achieving the company goals and objectives and fulfilling the company vision & mission.
• Developing and managing an effective payroll system applying the company rules and laws to get the wages paid - correctly, and on time monitoring any possible variance between actual results and budgeted targets to propose correct actions to other departments supervising.
• Ensure the effective achievement of HR departmental objectives through the leadership of the HR Section - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the section.
• Following up the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that the performance management system provided with accurate and timely support and effective input to maximize the performance of the employees.
• Reviewing and updating the policy and procedures for approval by the management in the light of changes to the labour law or company regulations & Preparing and analysing statistical HR reports & documents within specific timeframe as requested by management.
