· Assisting the Sr. PM in all stages and aspects in the business management of the projects.
· Coordination between the stakeholders in all stages and aspects of the project.
· Managing the transaction procedures to the owner for the adoption of materials, companies, and privatizations after achieving all requirements of the contract between the owner and contractor.
· Monitoring the quality of the work of the project and its compatibility with technical specifications.
· Liaising with planning and design teams to solve the problems and push work forward.
· Attending weekly project meetings with the team and the owner in various projects.
· Technical Engineering support in the office to analyze and solve many problems related to some government projects contracted with the office.
· Regular periodic meetings with the directors of the sites to identify obstacles and problems in the projects and the appropriate way to solve them, and presenting that to the client.
· Submitting the monthly reports from all sites to the directors, and general manager.
· Participation in committees to withdraw projects from defaulters and prepare relevant documents.
· Participation in the evaluation of buildings in the King Abdul Aziz Festival and identify the elements that need maintenance and future expansion in cooperation with the Saudi Apple Club.
· Participation in dispute resolution committees through the third party.
· Managing many residential and commercial projects with the responsibility of the supervision.
· Review the contractor reports and documents such as weekly reports, invoices, change orders etc. and examine the contractor's right to them.
· Review the project schedule monthly and urge the contractor to progress according to the program.

Unified Holding Office building | KSA, Riyadh.
Client - unified Holding Company and McDonald's International Company | Estimated cost (50M) SR.
· Assist the Projects Manager in all phases and aspects of the project to achieve the client objectives.
· Coordinate the weekly project meetings with the team and the owner.
· Support the planning and design teams to push work forward following the program.
· Report to the Sr.PM about the weekly progress and site risks.
· Review and approve the contractor submissions, reports, quantities and invoices.
· Quality assurance of all the work on-site by complying with materials and drawings specifications.
· Attend all laboratory tests carried out on the site and review all the report, which been submitted by accredited laboratories and make sure that they meet the specifications.
· Monitor the safety and security plan in the project.

Several residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings | KSA, Riyadh.
The estimated cost of all the projects (75M) SR.
· Design and supervision of many governmental and private projects in the city of Riyadh.
· Coordination with the architecture design team of different sections to solve the design problems and achieve the client's ambition.
· Calculation of the estimated cost of many buildings and the inspection of some existing buildings and the preparation of the technical report in terms of construction efficiency.
· Coordinate and manage daily activities on site.
· Review the program of existing projects.
· Control the security and safety procedures at the site.
· Supervise the implementation of design on the site and handing over the projects to the clients.

Several residential and commercial buildings | Egypt.
The estimated cost of all the projects (30M) Egyptian Pounds.
· Designed and supervised (5) projects with a budget above (30M) Egyptian pounds.
· All projects completed on time and at least (10%) under budget.
· Led a team of (2) foremen and (40) workers.
· Carried out the fabrication and shop drawings.
· Supervised all works in the project, civil, architectural, and electro-mechanic.
· Prepared and submitted the invoices to the client.
· Monitor materials flow to the site and confirm its specs following to the requirements.
· Safety and health assurance.

وبعض الفلل الخاصه فى العجمى قى شارع الحميدات ومول العرب فى السادس من اكتوبر وبعض المولات المتواجده فى اكتوبر وبعض مبانى الشركات فى التجمع الخامس وبعض الكومباوندات الخاصه والقصور الموجوده بها
