• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation and Domain users
• Assist with onboarding of new users
• Establish, maitain and configure company's network inculding swiches and routers
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions including laptops, desktops, handheld, printers(Xerox, HP, Epson).
• Trains clients on operating system and new applications
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

• Preparation of QA reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, FMEA, control plan, etc...
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze failure, root causes, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer concerns
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements including Lead Preparation and assembly areas
