- To carry out weekly and monthly reconciliation of all sales receipts.
- To record all transaction in Sage 50 - with all necessary bank and control account reconciliation.
- To control the receipts, authorization, recording and payment of all purchase invoices for the business.
- To maintain company cash flow forecasting on weekly basis.
- To insure all statutory returns and payments are made in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial statements draft and support all the working papers for external auditors.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks as required.
