1. Design Architect:
Development of project’s conceptual ideas and schematics to meet the clients’ expectations and requirements.
Preparations of the packages in line with the project’s contract scope and deliverables.
Attending clients’ progress meeting, discussions, and preparation of the presentations and submissions to obtain clients’ approvals.
2. Senior Architect:
Attending progress meeting, discussions.
Setting the design development stages’ program and monitoring the progression against the deadlines in addition to the assessment and tracking of design variations.
Leading the production team and monitoring the projects’ progressions, allocated budgets, and workman hours.
Client management.
Directing the preparation of submissions’ drawing packages in compliance with the contract deliverables.
Lead and monitor the authorities’ submissions and NOCs with the liaison’s team.
Responsibilities:-
Architecture design Concept design and design development.
Coordination between various design departments such as structural, MEP, etc…
Coordinate with clients and, contractors, 3rd Parties, etc.
Coordinator with authorities.
Daily management of the Architectural Design Process and attend weekly progress meetings with clients and contractors.
Dealing with the bank system (FBMS), preparing the file, and making the initial, intermediate, and final payments.

Responsible for the system of Al Ain Distribution Company (Electricity and Water).

I worked in the planning and design of multi-storey structures in accordance with the standards established by using common design drawing and simulation as AutoCad, Archicad, Revit, architectural programs.
