Duties and Responsibility
Monitoring progress of project and oversee the running operation of the construction
project and make sure that it will meet the deadline.
Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site
labor force.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the
specifications.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Checking and preparing site reports as required.
Construction of buildings from foundation to the tern key
Project Description: restoration, repairing, concrete treatment and structure elements painting
for protection of buildings.
Duties and Responsibility
- Damaged concrete removal, exposing rough reinforcement and implanting the required
maintenance with installation of a new reinforcement bars and insure proper insulation .
- Restoration of new casted concrete with randrock material.
- Repainting the restoration area with brouchbond material to protect concrete from humidity.
