• Identify, source, and prepare resources for upcoming operations.
• Ensure equipment verification (SAP maintenance) and equipment pre-job checks, and calibrations are done and documented.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and utilization for equipment and personnel is achieved and documented.
• Accountable for design of service (DOS) approval and assigning the resources re-quired for job execution.
• Responsible for Inventory control and material orders.
• Ensure personnel competencies development and required trainings fulfilled, while having a primary objective of developing local talents, increasing localization effi-ciency.
• Communicate and strive to meet target metrics for order to cash (OTC) and ORION (Software: Operational Reporting In an Operations Environment) processes.
• WP Focal point for CPM (Halliburton Consulting and Project Management) and cus-tomers for job forecasting, preparation, mobilization, and on job support if neces-sary. Customers include but not limited to: ENI, BP, Exxon, Shell, and Kuwait Energy.
• Responsible for customer invoicing including delivering the paperwork required for signing the field tickets at the earliest possible to minimize DSO (Days Sales Out-standing).
• Outstanding improvement for WP in Iraq in regards to service quality delivery, pro-cess assurance, and compliance with company standards, scoring “effective” in two consecutive IAS audits in 2015 and 2017, which was highly recognized by the whole PSL globally.
• Assess service delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (multiple districts).
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of individuals performing well site service work and job/resource planning roles.
• Participated in the startup of Ras Shukair base, handling the offshore operations of Gupco / BP
• Handled the western desert onshore operations at Marsa Matruh base, responsible for serving multiple clients (Shell, Apache, Eni, GPC, Petrosanan etc..)
• Coordinate the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned NWA.
• Utilize technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers.
• Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings with appropriate service delivery staff.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities.
• Interface and work effectively with Field Service Quality Coordinator counterpart pursuant to service quality, employee development, worksite safety, and process improvement processes and issues.
• Assessed service delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Attended client daily morning meetings to discuss client requirements, plan ahead our coming up operations, offer solutions, and assure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinated and supervised daily activities carried out in the base.
• Maintained a clean safety record during my assignment in Norway. • Performed the first CAST-M / CBL-M (Cement Evaluation/Casing Inspection Mono-cable Log) Job in Norway for STATOIL (May 2012), client requested a log off with the competitor to compare the results, and Halliburton was awarded a lot of activity be-cause of the good quality data recorded on this job, as well as the job efficiency.
• Worked in the Norwegian continental shelf, experience includes working on jack-up rigs, platforms, and light well intervention vessels.
• Performed the first CAST-M / CBL-M / MIT (Cement Evaluation/Casing Inspection Logging in combination with Multi-Finger Caliper) done by Halliburton worldwide (December 2012), saving the client at least an extra run.
• Run logging tools using third party logging units with Halliburton carry-on system.
• Assigned as a mentor to monitor, train, and asses the development of newly hired engineers.
• Maintained a clean safety record during my assignment in Egypt.
• Run both open hole and cased hole services.
• Work experience includes working on onshore and offshore (jack up rigs and plat-forms) locations.
• Run logging tools using both the conventional wireline and the TPL Technique.
• Acted as the Local Explosive Safety Officer for Ras Shukeir base from Feburary-2008 till Feburary-2011.
• Worked with different clients like: SHELL, APACHE, SCIMITAR, BP, NAFTOGAZ, ENI, EDISON.
• Capable of working with different surface systems & software including: Wireline INSITE software, LOGIQ-B OH Surface System, Warrior software, LOGIQ-B CH Surface System, Class Software, EXCELL 2000 B/D OH & CH Surface System.
• Worked with both DITS and IQ tools.
• Supervised the development of less experienced engineers and personnel.
• Worked with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
