• setup and maintain servers and network devices
• purchasing new equipment and dealing with different vendors
• specify the technical specifications for the required equipment and devices
• Managing system infrastructure
• Preparing disaster recovery plan and procedures for the applications, data and servers
• Managing all the Systems Servers (AD, DC, DNS, DHCP, ISA, Anti-Virus, etc……)
• Data Security and continuity
• Data Backup
• Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
• Responsible for the audit and work with the audit team
• Respond to users Tickets and requests
• Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
• Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed
• First line support for the users
• Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Administrating the AD, Domain Controllers, File Servers, Exchange, ISA server, Terminal Server.
• Respond to users Tickets and requests
• “SEO” search engine optimization for the Company’s website.
