- Supervising all accounting transactions for the whole group.
-Consolidated financial statements.
-Monthly financial reports, profitability analysis & cost control.
-Helping management with strategic planning and decisions.
-Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine variances and make the necessary report to management.
-Determining the monthly fixed costs and making breakeven analysis to reach the targeted sales.
-Maintaining commission plans for salesmen.
-Inventory physical counting and monitoring average cost movement.
-Responding and providing the authority of Zakat & Vat with any requested requirements or information.
-Handling old balances.
-Vat filing.
-Carrying out annual reports with external auditors.

Duties:
- Performing all accounting activities.
- Monthly closing / profitability analysis & cost control.
- Taxes & Zakat.
- Carrying out annual reports with external auditors.

• Reports:
- Preparing monthly income statement for each profit center after allocation common costs to analyze profitability centers.
- VAT.
- Others.

• Accounts receivables:
- Controlling customers' credit limit & preparing aging reports.
- Following up the overdue balances and making the necessary reports to management related to non-moving customer balances.


• Payroll accounts:
- Revising & recording the entitlements of employees (End of service, vacations & others) & related allowances.
- Revising the integrity of the payroll data and communicating with HR for any enquires.

• Accounts payable (Internal &External suppliers):
- Revising and posting the purchasing invoices, cost savings & assignment.
- Communicating with Foreign & Local suppliers for any inquires.
- Revising the payment requests before the payment process.
• Bank accounts
- Reporting daily banks’ balance movements, preparing necessary payments i.e. Cheques, transfers & preparing necessary letters to the bank for making authorizations to new representatives.
- Applying banks online registrations (E-CORP services) for electronic payments & payroll.
• Import-export L/Cs.
- Preparing the necessary bank & LC details for issuance & revising LC clauses.


• Others:
- Fixed assets.
- Inventory costing.
- Petty cash and revising expenses.
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.

As an Accountant in recording the financial transactions & revising the daily revenues .
