Currently managing all aspects of contract administration for two multi-billion EGP residential construction projects. My key responsibilities include drafting correspondence letters for communication with the client, engineer, and subcontractors, managing claims' documentation, analyzing contract risks, negotiating terms with the client, and ensuring compliance with subcontractors' agreements. My role also involves guiding internal progress meetings and documenting decisions, contributing to effective project execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
Participated in the documentation of the prequalification and bidding documents for Alexandria Raml Tram Rehabilitation project, my responsibilities included incorporating client feedback into prequalification documents, evaluating applicants' submissions, presenting assessment reports to the client, and engaging with applicants for completion of their applications. Additionally, I analyzed the consultant services contract, defining Egis' roles as per the contract, and drafted the project's construction contract following sponsor's standards and FIDIC conditions. Furthermore, I provided support to the contracts team in SGTD yard extension project in Doraleh, Djibouti. Where I reviewed and analyzed claim reports and drafted responses to claims, assisting in the effective management of contractual matters.
