As a cabin crew operations officer, I have to oversee a range of integrated process to support cabin service directors and cabin seniors during pre-departure and post-arrival phases of their duty to ensure highest standards of customer service is delivered in-flight.
Part of the performance management team handling the dynamic daily operations of the airline cabin crew related.
Updating the senior management for any incident being reported while handling the emergency number for the CSD and CS.
Supporting the different department within cabin services or flight operations when is required.
1: Safety of the passengers through proper actions taken in case of any emergency.
2: Ensure passengers are comfortable and the flying experience is pleasant.
3: Attend to passengers' needs throughout the flight and provide a high level of customer service in friendly, enthusiastic and courteous manner at all times.
4: As a cabin senior make sure that everything goes up to the company standards and procedures regarding service, safety aspects, work delegations and time management.
