Handle all internal and external training activities in Japanese Academy Training Center in Egypt.
Assist, integrate and submit technical and commercial training proposals to clients.
Negotiate with clients on the commercial offer of the submitted proposals.
Input and Maintain accurate training records on the system to assist in the effective delivery of the trainings. These records will involve registration forms, attendance sheets, instructors’ CVs, evaluation surveys
Prepare clients’ certificates From A to Z
Handle with service delivery manager the booking of instructors for the training delivery.
Prepare training manuals either by ordering the manuals on the system or printing and customizing them.
Prepare training rooms in terms of hardware, software installation, network setup, etc…
Arrange the booking of external training facilities for external trainings.
Arrange catering for in-house trainings through different suppliers.
Handle training center rooms booking for client trainings and internal meetings.
Prepare Monthly Reports and statistics of all training activity in Japanese Academy
Record, Upload and Monitor clients’ evaluation surveys of the trainings.
Handle petty cash for all training center related activities.
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
Deal with all clients in a courteous and efficient manner through telephone, face-to-face, and e-mail enquiries
Responsible for the training program calendar
Responsible for the payment of monthly disbursements( bills - internet, phone, mobile, rental flats, maintenance)
Responsible for the staff attendance Management
