• Involved in preparing revenue forecasts and cost estimates. Follow up with various support teams in ensuring compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters across assigned project phases.

• Highlight incidents and risks associated with execution of MW/Radio/OSS works to concerned stakeholders for implementing effective remedial measures.
• Maintain regular interaction with systems suppliers and installation contractors for testing and calibration of equipment using approved and calibrated test equipment followed by updating supplier’s technical documentation.
• Coordinated with the sub-contractor on new links and MW upgrade to align project deliverables to business requirements of clients.
• Involved in planning and implementation of MW Activities such as New links, New sites, Upgrades & Swap; setting up PDH and MPR links and MXC through NMS server.
• Maintained updated knowledge of MPR and MXC, cross connections and converting Ethernet to E1.
• Followed up with customers for collating and evaluating requirements and rendering customized solutions.
• Assessed MW Materials and Scope of Work for MW Phase as well as MW Materials at warehouse.
• Optimized resource utilization through task allocation to team members pertaining to regional MW implementation.
• Interacted with subcontractors, customer, Trans planning team & civil team for rendering technical assistance related to SDH, PDH & Ethernet wireless transmission solutions.
• Involved in preparation and presentation of daily service Interruption Reports for implementing effective remedial measures.
• Maintained updated snags files for network, reports for maintenance, corrective and preventive activities including weekly FME report (service interruption, hardware replaced, sites interventions, planned activities).
• Generated monthly fault report (power failure, links failure, hardware failure and planned activities) based on business and operational requirements.
• Interacted with Field Operation teams in different areas at NOC and with customers to update on project progress and other related issues.
