Main responsibilities:
 Leading a team with main responsibility of safe guarding the real estate product throughout all stages for inception to delivery and handover.
 Manager the consultants during pre and post contract stages.
 Provide in-house design support.
 Hand-on projects by review and approval of design documents, materials submission and participate in value buying.

Projects: The main three programmes SODIC is developing are the award winning Allergia golf course community, Westown (1.2 M m2) and Eastown (0.8 M m2) both are mixed use developments offering a variety of Residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure projects.
