• Responsible for the operations of the QHSE System
• Leading of the Quality and Health safety for the 12 Buildings and 4000 Branches at Egyptian Post Authority.
• Establish, coordinate, and monitor the quality assurance program and work closely with department managers to plan, schedule, and implement QA& QC related activities.
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Create and supervise the preparation of QHSE plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law and standards.
• Conduct training and presentations on health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Perform operational risk assessments and design risk mitigation measures.
Develop required documentation, operational inspections and reports for QHSE.
• Establish QHSE audit plans and coordinate audit schedules by working closely with Internal Auditors.
• Prepare internal audit reports and follow-up audit activities in order to verify audits and record the implementation and effectiveness of actions taken.
• Provide QHSE improvement plan of QHSE non-conformance, propose corrective action(s), required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and near misses to discover causes, identify trends and suggest improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
• Investigate the root cause of QHSE customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
• Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in an emergency and maintain records.
• Supervise the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
• Conduct health and safety training and ensure that employees receive QHSE inductions.
• Monitor compliance to QHSE policies ensuring the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Perform inspections, risk assessments and auditing to observe all QHSE related activities within the company departments and locations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QHSE reports, statistics and analysis related to the integrated QHSE management system.
• Consult with the Management for any changes that affect the QHSE management system.
➢Leading of the safety in the two Buildings and Branches for HSBC.
➢Lead for all HSE, fire alarm, fire protection related HSBC projects, coordinate between interested parties, participate in consultants and contractors selections with the projects
➢Preparing safety training Matrix plan and internal training programs for employees
➢Review standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as per safety standards for operation process.
➢ Review work instruction and checklist for operation systems.
➢ Review and auditing for preventive maintenance plan to check that operation systems implemented.
➢ Set the rules, procedure, technical instructions and guidelines for executing the policy of HSE in the workplace.
➢Set the technical standards of HSE.
➢ Lead Investigations of unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and all types of incidents and take measures to prevent recurrences through proper corrective actions and control measures, all of this done with coordination with the interested / related departments.
➢Participate in preparing and implementing the HSE development plans.
➢ Participate in creating HSE procedures and policies and assist the risks and hazards continually.
➢ Review all Method Statement for and applying Risk Assessment for operation activities.
➢ Review and Approval of work permits of various types for all items and implementation works.
➢ Review and Approval of Lift Plan.

➢Full supervision of air quality test and Water quality legionella test .and review all result of Test.
➢ Review all Fire Systems (Fire suppression-Fire Alarm-Firefighting - Fire Extinguishers - Fire Hose Reel)
➢Participate in most of General maintenance at shutdown in HSBC buildings.
➢Participate in most of Critical activity high risk ( Cleaning Fire and sum pit tanks - Changing and maintaining elevator wires- installation new fire suppuration at transform room and MDB room )
➢Set and implement plans to follow up Martial safety Data Sheet and Make COSHH Risk Assessment.
➢Review and check for Specific Site Risk Assessment for All HSBC Portfolio.
➢Review and Supervision for Access permeation and checking their submitted safety plans and Coordination for vendors and subcontractors.
➢Appling QHSE Audit Report For projects.
➢Investigate and analyze all occurred accidents and incidents to identify the root causes, the trends and suggesting improvement actions.
➢Provide in-house safety training and awareness and Safety indication for new hiring and subcontractors.
➢Responsible for developing and implementing the annual internal audit plan.
➢Preparation of Health, Safety, and environmental documentation for new projects and investments.
