Manage IT department operational and strategic planning
Review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
Develop requirements for all hardware and software upgrade
Risk Management Plan (includes risk identification, monitoring, and response).
Oversee the development and maintenance of the IT strategic plan

Monitor all reservation Vs hotel capacity
Ensure full hotel utilization up to maximum
Ensure proper planning and execution of preventive maintenance
Tracking all guest complaints and suggestion
Ensure guest satisfaction during their accommodation and usage of all facilities
Ensure proper execution of security plans during the shifts
Ensuring all HSE measures up to hotel standards
Inspection of the restaurants and kitchens to ensure safe meals delivered to the guests
Supervising pest control of the hotel is properly implemented
Check the training needs and training plan according to the training matrix of all department
Visualizing all reports and reporting to the Hotel manager as per our reporting scheme.
Propose new investments and discuss operation budget
Responsible about all "prodit" products in the company
Supervising the delivering of products to it's destinations
Installing producst & teaching how to use and troubleshooting problems
Ensure that staff had full understanding about the products
Ensure proper planning and execution of preventive maintenance
After sales following and maintenance
Supervise tower maintenance
Installing new units in communication towers
Upgrade and downgrades communication towers
Setup links between communication towers
Measure the performance of the tower network (efficiency, effectiveness and reliability)
Monitor and control operational expenses and budget of towers
