as technical office manager, over a three years and a half my responsibilities and duties were as follows:
*Responsible for receipt of architectural drawings from the Italian consultant to make studies and coordination with both the Office of Construction Consultant and Services Consultant in Cairo.
*Follow-up reports from the site to preparing bill of progresses for contractors .
*Preparing for contracting with subcontractors.
Make quantity survey for all items.
*Responsible for the amendments required for the units of the project and review with the Italian consultant for adoption of the implementation.

as technical office coordinator, a year and a half my responsibilities and duties were as follows:
*full coordination with two consultant office through shop drawings and make all calculation for all construction items.
*rearrange the information received from the site to follow up on schedule and send it to the consultants for approval.
*Responsible for the work of geometric quantity survey corresponding to the contract to provide ongoing and final progress bill for both the owner (Ministry of the Interior) and sub-contractors.
*Review owner's progress bill with consultants.
