Job title: HR Assistant Manager \[Jan 2020 - Present\]
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee completion of key administrative HR processes "staff contracts, holidays, general work permit issues payroll, benefits, relocation management, terminations, etc.) to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution
- Set HR specialists KPI’s and keep following to achieve department goals
- Monitor performance of HR specialists team and work on department improvements
- Following manpower plan achieving according to the annual manpower plan and making the monthly analysis
reports such as recruitment achievement ratio, turnover ratio, and leave reasons analysis
- Responsible of middle managers KPI’s calculations and modifications by collecting related data from the
responsible depts. and comparing the results with their monthly targets and according to that make
evaluation according to the KPI’s system
- Provides support and guidance to HR specialists for the plant operations "Training, People development,
Recruitment, applying & deploying the company policies, procedures"
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- develop and facilitate and evaluate the training programs and methods, monitor the employee’s performance
to provide guidance whenever required, monitor talent employees and make succession planning and development plans and make analysis report such as completion of the training plans, training program improvement results
- Conducting surveys to determine the organization areas of improvement and employees satisfaction
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed
Job title: HR Specialist \[Aug 2017 - Jan 2020\] Job Responsibilities:
 Recruitment:
- Such as implementing monthly recruitment plan for needed positions, making job posting, build up a pool of
candidates, Screening CVs, arrange the interview schedule for the candidates and making an interview for the applicants and detailed feedback to the hiring manager.
 Personnel:
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements and documents for new employees, resigned employees and absent employees, keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.
 Payroll:
- Prepare monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the highest level of
confidentiality.
- Responsible for daily attendance, overtime, deductions and bounces calculation.
- Preparing the periodical promotions analysis and calculations along with the KPI’s and performance
management evaluation.
- Prepare the final settlement & Compensation for leavers.
 Benefits management:
- Search for best offers from medical and life insurance providers.
- Operate and settle medical and life insurance statements.
 Training and development:
- Creating the annual training plan according to the training need analysis in all departments, and following up
implementing the plan.
- Conduct new hires orientation and on boarding until they involve in their positions.
- Search for best offers from training providers, preparing for training and coordinate between the trainers
and trainees.
