Review and approval of sanitary, storm Drainage networks, water tank and irrigation tank shopdrawings, Attend material inspections with material Engineer for civil items, Review and inspect for Arch. Works in project, inspection for all civil works at differant networks at site.Responsible for civil shop drawing documentation at site.
1. Follow up of civil construction works such as surveying levels and coordinates, excavation, replacement, backfilling at layers and its field tests, and concrete casting, concrete field tests, curing, and repairing.
2. Follow up of backfilling repair at k-stone in case of villa with basement.
3. Follow up of plumbing works such as inspection of pipe works(u.s.o.g), Risers, House connections, Hvac works for villas.
4. Reviewing of workshop drawings and as-built drawings.
5. Reviewing of(request for information ).
6. Reviewing of plumbing & Hvac quantity survey.
7. Preparation of work reports.
