• Support and troubleshoot Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 (TMG)
• Center oversees the development and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, computers and operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals
• Manage, develop and ensure the design and implementation of procedures and controls necessary to ensure and protect the safety and security of all information systems assets, including prevention of intentional or inadvertent access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Researching the installation of new systems, review and approve action plans, requests and activities related to IT, coming from different functions of the company.
• Determine all software requirements to ensure the security (anti-virus, internet, and phone)
• Administer all versions of Microsoft Operating Systems, SCOM and TMG
• Administer various Antivirus applications (Kaspersky antivirus server - Avast antivirus server - Bit defender antivirus server)
• In case a problem is captured on the Domain or the servers, analyze the problem and identify the solution
• Test the Systems and ensure the stability of the Systems Environment
• Data backup and security policy implementation
• Responsible for data backup, application and test procedures, setup and management of disaster recovery
• Configure and monitor firewalls
