Handling all Sales channel in western region.
Handle all Region administrative tasks (attendance, Product availability ... etc.).
Focusing on distribution for company Core and MSL.
Monitor and follow up finance and warehouse region activities.
Follow up and revise daily sales reports before sending them to National sales manager to validate the figures and take the necessary actions regarding the deviations.
Issue monthly report regarding the region activities and region results Vs targets and suggested ideas to improve sales activities (achievement, visibility …etc.).
Make sales analyses to track the numbers and the moving SKU’s and the slow-moving SKU’s to support the sales team with any trade activity on it.
Manage an efficient and effective area trade marketing and distribution team through on-job training, retraining, motivation and staff development in order that trade marketing and distribution representation is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services.
Contract Negotiations & finalized.
• Leading 2 supervisor & 19 van salesmen to achieve our number.
• Handling all SSV & small grocery and food service customers in western region.
• On monthly basis cover & sell all the customers seals and collection & execution.
• Focusing to distribute our main product on shelf with MSL.
• Working to Reach 100% of the aging from our sales man to be in current in monthly basis, and to have monthly audit on sales man trucks.
• Fix sales & collection phasing to avoid last week sales (as impossible).
• Implement and track the monthly priorities, including of NPD to reach 80% by 15th of every month, with high visibility of gondola end & increase the access point.
• Team Training & Mentoring with all support to get next step.
• Leading 4 acting supervisor (fast track Saudi program) & 3 salesmen and 6 merchandisers to achieve our number.
• Handling all SSV customers in Jeddah (200 customers).
• On monthly basis cover & sell all the customers seals and collection & execution.
• Working to Reach 80% of the aging from our customers to be in current in monthly basis, and to have monthly audit on customer acknowledgement (Confirmation).
• Achieve a collection rate of more than 70% of the over dew collection.
• Completion of the problem of late delivery of customer orders (handling the delivery with customer service team).
• Fix sales & collection phasing to avoid last week sales (as impossible).
• Working to Improve our SOS to reach more than 70%, across all the stores (gained share in self-service 7 times in 2015).
• Implement and track the monthly priorities, including of NPD distribution to reach 80% by 15th of every month, with high visibility of gondola end & increase the access point.
• Team Training & Mentoring with all support to get next step.
• Leading 3 salesmen and 15 merchandisers to achieve my number.
• Handling Makah/ Tiaf and Baha aria.
• Make yearly Contract.
• Make estimation monthly dealing and take approve from suppler.
