• worked as Technical support for Red Sea, Sinai & Canal offices ( 11 sub offices)

• Good experience in Huawei M.W OptiX RTN 900 & RTN 620
• Perform Upgrades and Downgrades related to Microwave systems and BTS’s
• Acceptance of new equipment and evaluating its technology from the technical and economic point of view
• Troubleshoot, repair & maintain Rectifiers, Power Systems (its connection
up to the power meter and batteries), distribution panel, …etc in accordance
with manufacturer's operation & maintenance manuals
• Good experience of GSM 900 & 1800 (DCS) & 1900
• Good experience of BSC problems.
• Good handling for most of fiber problems
• Troubleshoot, repair & maintain 3G Nokia Siemens Node B
• Good handling for most SDH problem and worked on Alcatel ADM's
• Good handling for all electric problems on the site..
• Good experience of Dealing with the Power meter (BER), Frequency meter, Signal generator, PCM analyzer & Site Master Devices.
• Contribute & continuously improve the quality performance indicators for the
zone & for my department.
• Write technical reports and discuss it with BSS manger of the operator.
• Write weekly reports and suggests to increase the performance and quality of my office to overcome the problems before it take place.

- Design data recording system by using data acquisition system depending on Lab View designed application used as FDR (Flight Data Recorder) System
- Using VHDL language for design some FPGA Application :
- Building a "data link" system including designing of data protocol using VHDL
- Use data compression and voice coder technology for Design a digital voice communication system using FPGA.
