All IT Functions ( Infrastruture- ERP- Digital Transformation- DR- BCP-Budget)

• Develop Information Technology strategy to support the company’s mission and core objectives.
• Implement, Develop, Control and Monitor IT Data Center (VMware-IBM servers-HP servers-Storage-Cisco-Fire Alarm-Access Control-CCTV).
• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center Tier III standards and systems, Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans and Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to the measurement of the process. Provide and maintain data cabling and associated documentation within the data center
• Monitor, repair upgrade and downgrade servers, Delegate’s workload to IT staff (15), Maintain and promote a positive attitude and work environment by leading by example.
• Implementing the Global IT Policy and strategy plans within the job holder's defined scope of work. As part of this activity, ensures full understanding of the asset business strategy and uses this knowledge to ensure that appropriate global IT solutions are provided and document these solutions for approval by senior management.
• Ensure Global IT standards and guidelines are observed and followed, and that local IT employees share best practice with the IT community and Ensure client satisfaction and provide the optimal level of customer services for various departments.
• Defines and seeks approval for the level of IT resources required to meet these goals and priorities and schedules major projects.
• Responsible for the IT Budget per annum.
• Function as project manager & consultant involved in installation & implementation of SAP Business One/ reporting tools including building & construction of new premises.
• Responsible for implementing third-party applications and the integration system between L’Oreal and the descriptors and the customers.
• Ensure successful BCP, DR, and backup during drills and real-life scenarios.
• Coordinate all activities related to providing required documentation and implementing related documentation systems.
• Responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies.
• Information Security Compliance, Risk Assessments Identity and Asset Management.
• Ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the Company.
• Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services and IT operation including desktop applications, Local and/or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
• Administrate ERP SAP solutions which based on client-server architecture, manage, control database and security for ERP, Make all branches work on central database through WAN Connectivity (MicroWave, MPLS), Develop professional backup, restore and DRS, ensure services are secure with minimal downtime through proactivity monitoring database systems, responsible to assign problems to the development team and any relevant third parties, responsible for maintaining and improving the database including rollout, upgrades and implement database changes and releases
• Communicating audit procedures and plans to subordinates, conducting staff meetings with executive management, ensuring audit work papers, checklists, procedures and audit software are updated in compliance with industry standards.
• Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT global service to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Displays familiarity and knowledge of the risks associated with one or more of the following IT processes: change and release management, incident and problem management, , IT Risk management, security management and data management.
• Resbonsible for reviews the controls and proposed new policies systems, procedures and standard operating procedure manuals on computer matters in order to make recommendations on their acceptability.

1) IS strategy
-Work closely with the CIO to develop and implement the Corp IT strategy in the Middle East
-Understand the strategic and tactical challenges submitted by the Group and by the business units.
-Identification of technology risks, security issues, and areas that need enhancement.
-Anticipate the changes required to reflect the company's strategy and oversee long-term development plans.
-Provides strategic direction and technical guidance on all information technology initiatives
-Support the business units in understanding and analyzing their functional requirements and help raise the performance bar of the associated business processes, data, applications and systems.

2) Regional Coordination
-Be the entry point for IT Corporate & Subs in Middle East for any matters related to IT & Digital Management System.
-Coordination and functional management of the Country/BU IT Managers or Local IT leaders
-Ensure compliance to Group IT standards and implement Group’s best practices, Deploy & Implement best IT practices
-Provide multi-system Information Security leadership to all areas of IT
-Training & day-to-day coaching
-Manage project portfolio for the region
-Enforce Corporate governance rule
-Participate to the elaboration & validation of the IT Budget for the Region, conduct monthly follow-up and monitoring

Project Management:
-Recommend and participate to the selection of the softwares that can improve business efficiency and employee productivity
-Ensure the deployment of back-office and front-office softwares selected by the Group & the region (SAP, EDI, Lotos, Secure payment...etc)
-Responsible for the implementation of any back-office and front-office software from the definition of the needs to the planning of the implementation process, the training of the users and the utilization of the platform
-Manage the upgrade requirements and related cost evolutions
Infrastructure and Network security knowledge:
-Responsible for servers, network and telephonic infrastructures forEgypt
-Set up and manage the IT infrastructure of new Business Units in startup phase

-Design and install a Local Area Network At Alsalama Group 2 Main Sites at 100 BaseT Ethernet Using 3com Switches Manageable with Our Team in the Hospital
-supervising cabling installation for LAN at every site and testing
-Design the Domain Model ( Domain Model and Replication Between Sites )
-Install Servers ( Compaq ML350 - IBM 225 Series ), create users accounts, Loggings Scripts, Sharing Folders, Sharing Printers and manage resources and security policies
-Install H/W RAID For Fault Tolerance
-Install Last Service Pack, Security Patches, Fixing Bugs
-Design, Implement Backup Plan
