-Develop the sales of BU products/systems and services within territory.
-Optimize customer portfolio and maximize the margin per customer in a sustainable way.
-Search for and report up to date information on market players, site jobs and business trends in territory.
-Perform customer segmentation and rating, applying BU criteria.
-Monitor and report customers' needs.
-Develop the understanding of customers’ requirements by his/her internal partners (Sales Administration, Production…) and propose improvement of working processes.
-Analyse and report the business potential of territory, including customers and prospects.
-Propose annual sales target (volume and margin) for territory and regularly update sales forecast.
-Propose improvement of the value proposition (products, systems, services…) per segment
According to BU objectives and customer segmentation and targeting, propose and implement action plans.
-Drive sales targets with the most effective execution.
-Execute sales transaction of pricing and product range targets.
-Prepare and execute customer’s contract agreement and have a direct day to day customer’s transaction.
-Execute credit process and ensure risk assessment for each transaction.
-Manage customers' claims related to account management.
-Identify customers need and coordinate with Areas/Channels manager to react accordingly.
-Work in close cooperation with customer care team, Sales technical support team, and Marketing to ensure in-depth common understanding of market and customers, and effective daily cooperation of the marketing and sales technical support teams
Liaise with
Customer care team to check smooth transaction and customer’s satisfaction. - Legal/Finance to check contract liability issues
- Sales technical support team to manage customers complains and delivers proactive solutions.
-Participate in experience and best practice sharing with Sales teams from other Bus of the Division/other business lines in the country
-Propose improvement of Sales organisations.
-Conduct IDP.
-Ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
-Managing a team of customer services staff.
-Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.
-Responsible for sales.
-Attend meetings with agencies and direct clients.
-Supervising the other tellers.
-Scheduling other tellers.
-Train new employees in the basic of customer service and in the bank's products.
-Coach the other tellers and will give them direction or demonstrate the proper method of selling the bank's products as needed.
-Prepare the bank for opening and closing.
-Access to the vault and the safety deposit box area.
-Manage a complete series of accounts.
