- Improve the capabilities of the team for the complete solution (Energy Automation, Process Automation, Commissioning & Startup, Complete Project stages from FAT to Final Handover ).
- Managed Engineering, developing technical solutions for our clients, Plan the development skills for team, utilization plan & engineering activities.
- Revise all customer requirements, specifications and manage the system engineers to get the target.
- Supervise PLC and SCADA Software Engineering, Hardware Installation, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) Activates .Projects Commissioning and Start-up
- Supervise & Guide Preparing all Functional design specifications Documents (Integrated control system, Direct Digital control, Subsystems communications, Plant Resource management, Etc.)
- Detailed engineering (system function blocks control, sequences and interlocks logic building and testing).
- Ensure quality of the design documents submittal for all projects in line with the customer’s requirements
- Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations and identification of the appropriate solutions for customers and production of RFI responses and technical proposals across a wide range of control products.
- To support and guide marketing for business development in energy sector.
- Prepare/ensure activity schedule for the project Design Engineers.
- Standardize Design process/documents/equipment.
- Ensure proper filing/maintaining/archiving of the Design documents /drawings.
- Train Project Design Engineers for carrying out project design.
- Provide technical support to tender, project management & sales team.
- Design manpower planning for Projects Designs and Execution.
- Attend Customer meetings with the Project Manager & sales.
- Develop design, site skills for the a team Energy and Process solution of Projects
- Respect the chart of authority and principal of responsibility
