Selling the Bank's Portfolio of World class Investments & Mutual funds Products to eligible clients in order to achieve the monthly assigned target, besides performing the Classic Personal Banker job responsibilities including:
• Assist clients and walk-in customers in determining their banking needs
• Provide clients with information on bank’s services and products
• Confer with clients in order to gather specific information about their backgrounds (KYC)
• Guide clients through the bank’s products and services and assisting them in choosing the one that best-suits their needs
• Assist clients with account opening procedures
• Ensure that account opening forms are complete and accurate
• Provide advice on financial solutions
• Perform bank business promotion activities
• Establish new client relationships and handle outbound outreach
• Manage sales activities in order to meet personal goals and those set by the bank
• Handle self-developed pipelines of clients and prospective clients
• Stay in constant touch with clients in order to keep them abreast of new products and services
As the First Sales Employee to join the Citibank's marketing team, I was elected to perform and help in planning a set of marketing activities.
First Project:
- Performing the task of supplying the consumer Finance staff with the Bank Master Card as
A staff card.
Second Project:
- Marketing and selling the special offer (The Value Package).
Third Project:
- Marketing and selling corporate cards to Multinationals.
Selling Citibank’s Master Card to eligible customers in order to achieve monthly assigned targets.
