Providing fire and life safety consulting services in accordance with the applicable International building regulations and local code requirements. These services commence at the concept design stage of a development and continue through the schematic, design development, and tender and construction phases.

Technical Role:
 Review design drawings and suggest correct design approach to achieve minimum fire safety for new and ongoing projects.
 Review of detailed workshop drawings after co-ordination with other services.
 Provide Technical support to the Clients/Architects/Consultants/ContractorsFacility Maintenance Team.
 Prepare the summary of finding report and submit it to the client, fire protection contractor, and civil defense.

Responsible for designing fire alarm and fire fighting systems. Presenting the systems to clients and preparing quotations including technical and financial details. Prepare and control compliance statements for bid and tenders. Handling and supervising projects worth millions Egyptian pounds.

Technical Role:
 Studying all projects that required the design.
 Revising designs provided by third party consultants and check if they comply with Egyptian Civil Defense code and NFPA standards.
 Preparing all required technical data such as submittals and drawings.
 Demonstrate the design to the client and/or consultant.
 Provide all calculations required for all kind of suppression systems.
 Submitting the final technical offers for approvals.
 Participate in preparing and finalizing tender documents (Specs, B.O.Q, General and Particular conditions).
 Handling and supervising projects during erection phases with site engineers.

Financial Role:
 Prepare all Financial offers and quotations for all projects.
 Responsible for purchasing all project equipment's from local and international suppliers.
 Prepare progressive bills for all kind of contracts/projects.
 Negotiate with international companies to get best quotations.
 Periodic discussion with CEO for the ISS pricing policy.
