JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Achieve Top & Bottom line targets, and formulate the strategic direction for the company to grow.
• Direct and supervise all departments in a way that grows achieves and grows targeted business volumes and profits.
• Direct the implementation of policies approved by the Board pertaining to the general operations of the company.
• Responsible for managing the company budget.
• Establishes and maintains a corporate culture and organizational philosophy consistent with the company policies.
• Ensures cost effective utilization of Importing goods, Custom clearing and distributing.
• Ensures the alignment of organizational infrastructure (i.e.; systems, processes and measures) with key strategic objectives and an effective quality control philosophy, while ensuring that acceptable quality control measurements, guidelines and goals are in place and regularly maintained and reported.
