• Managed the production planning process for all the enterprise production lines.

• Planned and implemented CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) & GMS (Global Maintenance Solution) software for the Egyptian Naval Forces.
• Served as the technical point of contact between the customer and all other project team members during the installation process.
• Gathered the equipment list, technical data (specs & details), MWI (Maintenance Work Instructions).
• Created coding system according to NSN (National Stock Number), American system FSC (Federal Supply Classification).
• Trained customers, On-site troubleshooting.

• MTU & M-50 Diesel engines Dept. Manager.
• Carried out repairs and major overhaul to different models of diesel engines (MTU, Yanmar, Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo) & ordering spare parts.
• Troubleshooting & complete analysis for mechanical problems and submitted proposed solutions and options.
• Tested repaired diesel engines on the Test stand.
• Attended routine maintenance of the following equipments (pumps, boilers, pipes, propellers).
• Shared in the preparation process for the quality control audit.
