• Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.

• Review of all procurement request from IT, admin, marketing, Engineering and Healthy and safety
making sure it is approved and follow up with the project’s managers
• Find the suitable supplier for each requisition and make sure they fit the contract terms and
conditions
• Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery, approve new suppliers and authorize
purchase orders for goods and services.
• Negotiate the purchase contract and price increase, ensuring that these meet specifications and can
be delivered at the correct time at the most beneficial prices. Ensure that all materials are received in
a timely manner.
• Budgeting the projects according the market KPIs
• Approving new suppliers
• Responsible for purchase of direct material and indirect material
• Create document cycle and SOP for purchasing department

• Implementing ERP (SAP)
• Responsible for purchase of Spare parts and packing materials.
• track the market for changes that may affect the availability or price of supplies.
• Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery, approve new suppliers and authorize
purchase orders for goods and services.
• Make deals then prepare prices comparison sheet.
• Ensure that all materials are received in a timely manner.
• Follow-up on purchase orders to ensure that scheduled delivery dates are met.

Review all requests regarding the purchase of any operational tools & equipment and compare it with each branch / platform's normal consumption to monitor the budget.
Negotiate with different suppliers to come up with the best offers with the least cost to maintain the allocated budget.
Develop a report to be submitted to department manager to select the best deal to control the budget.
Review / ensure reviewing the received goods and compare it with purchase order as per the agreed terms to maintain company's rights.
Develop maintenance contracts with different suppliers and follow up its implementation to ensure maintaining operational tools and equipment.
Review each branch / platform balance in terms of operational tools and equipment to monitor their consumption against the allocated budget.
• Receives work orders from company employers and update them with the feedback and progress accordingly.
• Provides an effective response to management queries and complaints where applicable, and to forward any others to relevant departments.
• Manages building and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Carries out daily walk rounds in the facility to ensure that all operations are working appropriately.
• Tests building security systems on a regular basis and prepares for emergencies by creating action plans.
• Coordinates with the Technical Engineer to prepare and implement preventative maintenance plans for the facility.
• Responds to urgent maintenance calls and participates in the creation of emergency preparedness plans.
• Liaises with Technicians and other staff to identify the facility related requirements and propose cost-effective solutions in coordination with the supervisor.
• Reviews each facility needs and ensures the supply of equipment as needed.
• Supports the work of the department in service monitoring and supplier management, ensuring that the required standards are maintained as per the contract.
• Provides administrative support when needed to enable the Facilities department to function effectively and efficiently.
• Recommends to the facilities management improvements that could be made to the cleaning, engineering and security services.
• Assists in the compliance of existing Health and Safety policy and safe working practices.
• Enforces and implement the building regulations.
• To read and understand his project contract requirements.
• Makes sure that all the teams follow proper safety procedures.
• Implement onsite the company Standard Operating Procedures.

3-Handling the client account for first three months which include not limited to adding lines, canceling service, billing review, payment follow up etc.
