Manage the Business requirements with a view to enhance company human capability. In addition act as a HR partner to enable the business to perform at an optimum level achieving the goals for HR as well the business as a whole.
Drive and implement HR strategy to deliver business goals.
• Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures
• Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and business to achieve high levels of performance.
• Work as internal HR Consultant, to matters relating to employees e.g. decisions manpower planning
• Identify short, medium and long term resourcing issues. Build and maintain the local manpower plans, co-ordinate with the relevant Recruitment Consultant over workforce supply and demand
• Talent Identification, Acquisition and management in order to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization.
Responsible for achieving desired results from the key HR processes
• Coordinate with HR Team, Shared Services and Expertise Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the business.
• Overview the performance of HR Department
• Audit on HR process and procedures, and prepare related reports
• Responsible for organization development targets and management change projects
• Improve performance of the employees at all levels of the business through implementation of tools and systems developed and drive the performance agenda.
• Challenge on new roles, replacement strategy, grading, benefit bands etc.
• The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within HR and the rest of the business
• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client
• Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
• All HR and administrative aspects
• Implement all governmental regulations with continues follow-up and update with all concerned entities ( such as Labor office, GOSI, .....etc.)

• Follow up all budgets and authorization for financial and administrative decisions.

• Intensive global recruitment (Mobilization monthly rate 350 new employee from all over the world all jobs categories)
• All recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, selection, negotiations, hiring and orientation) and all related
• Follow up all budgets and authorization for financial and administrative decisions.
