-Managing Dynamics 365 ERP Digital Transformation Projects (Pharmaceuticals Holding company and 9 Subsidiaries companies), Budget of (3, 086, 668 $) for The Holding Company for Medicine (Ministry of Public Business Sector, Egypt).
Drive the implementation of ERP projects from initiation, planning, execution, control, till closure and improve the key service delivery processes for the project and ensure that the correct metrics and Key Performance Indicators are in place.
- Project stakeholder management - working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through remote working models as needed.
- Execute the project and deliver the desired outcomes in an effective and profession manner, ensuring that the Institution’s infrastructure and services are aligned with, and support, its strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the overall successful delivery of the project including its support, operations, and key vendor relationships.
- Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables; and working closely with the stakeholders to recognize their needs and expectations.
- Partner relationship management - maintaining a healthy working relationship
without compromising on deliverables and outcomes
- Driving periodic project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data driven approach.
- Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly.
- Driving accountability and continual service improvements - reviewing support practices, performing trend analysis on key operational metrics, ensuring a high focus on end-to-end project delivery.
- Escalating project issues to the senior management when needed.
-Managing Dynamics 365 ERP projects for Maritime and land transports sector (HCMLT) for holding company and it’s subsidiaries ( 9 companies).
-Build and maintain good relations with CEOs, Stakeholders, and Key users.
-Ensure that all projects are running and aligned as per all project contracts.
-Planning with the system integrator and Microsoft Egypt that all project governance are identified, prepared and ready.
-Approving the project charter, project plan, data migration plan, training plan, and test plan.
-Following up with the projects board and ensure that all project are running smoothly and identifying all projects risks and issues and a greed on the required actions.
-Composition of project Steering Committees and holding its meeting once every month for managing all projects change requests.
-Managing all required work with the system integrator and related partners.
-Meeting Bi-Weekly and monthly with the system integrator to show the projects progress and ensure that all projects are running as per the project plan.
-Managing Microsoft Egypt contract with HCMLT and agreed on the required work, project plan, and projects status reports.
-Managing DigiTech Microsoft partner licenses contract and approving payments.
Develop and maintain the group Private Cloud Network at the head quarter data center streaming ERP application, SharePoint server, Exchange server, and VoIP system.
Implement production ERP system for coater manufacturing company.
Implementing, deploying, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Payroll system for all group subsidiaries as per each company location with accordance of each country labor law.
Approve and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance

Delivering and Approving the Materials Regarding to models in the BOQ, Specs and the Project time plane.
Making the necessary inspection during the installation and rectified the faulty parts.
Assuring that the Contractors Implementing their work regarding to the Scope of Work.
Ensure that internal and external client satisfaction is maintained and exceeded when escalated.
Responsible for troubleshooting problems and investigating any interruptions.

The Open Relay Racks, Patch Panels, Cable Trays, Back bone/Horizontal Cables, and Horizontal Cable Organizers.
The Edge Switches 48 Port Support 10/100 mbps & 1000 Base, 4 Port fiber Uplinks, and 2 Power Supplies to provide Fault Tolerance.
Inspecting the WAP Devices.
Testing all Pairs of all DATA and Voice CAT 6 from Socket (Jack) to Patch Panel using Category 6 Certified and Recently Calibrated Fluke Tester.
Testing done for the Channel Link and include (Distance, Attenuation, Power Sum NEXT, Power Sum ACR, Power Sum ELFEXT, and Return Loss).
Testing Occur in a bi-directional manner for all locations.
Checking the test result and certification adherence to TIA/EIA-568-B 1-2/B 2-2.
