Doing all HR management functions : Planning for the human resources management, recruitment and selection and Preparing periodic report for the opened vacancies, screening and selection process for CVs, make interviews and tests for candidates, evaluation the candidates, job analysis, job description & job specifications, training and development, and make training need analysis, doing training design and training evaluation, motivation for the team work, maintenance internal relations, payrolls, Routine work like maintaining personnel files, promotions, transportation, performance appraisal and measuring the efficiency, updating and developing the database, insurance for employees, Assist in general management .
Make job advertising and screening and selection process for CVs .and preparing shortlists and organizing interviews and preparing reports
Attending court hearing and doing Administrative work for .lawsuits and reports
Entring Data And supervising on the entry team
