Worked on designing lots of Avionics power supply parts (over 150) that generated millions of dollars in sales and also made a lot of continuous process improvement that eliminated a lot of waste and saved hundreds of thousand dollars. Complete Design and manufacturing of Avionics power supply plus the use of Business process management. Also worked on the design of various products including Analog Filters, different types of Transformers and finally power supplies. And also tremendously improved the IT profile of the company with database systems, electronic documents storage and retrieval.

Worked in a state of the art high speed wireless company in which I worked with the engineering team designing and architecting a complete solution for wireless infrastructure using IEEE802.11a/b/g CPEs and CAUs (Host and client), and that included Linux embedded systems and systems based on network processors. Developing software strategies and strategic innovation by studying the nature of the product, competition SWOT analysis and the Market demands. The innovation included development several apps for watching wireless cells and troubleshooting also implementing several security protocols for wireless connections between CPE and CAU. Improving CPE with Power over Ethernet with several alternative designs.

Leading the ISO9001 project as I was the primary liaison for quality certification where implemented the four Tiers of ISO system (in six months only) starting From QOP, Processes and Procedures, Work instructions and Test Methods, the electronic structure of the Engineering and Quality Documents .And also was able to get the AS9100 certificate in Aug 2004 (after two years from ISO9001)
