cyber accounting established in U.A.E, I am the general manager of Egypt branch .we provide accounting services for small and medium businesses in U.A.E if we talk about my responsibilities they are as follows :
1- Participates in formulating and administering company policies, put the strategic goals, identify the objectives to achieve this goals
2- identify key performance indicators suitable for the accounting services, then identify the suitable factors to measure the actual performance, and compare with the planned ones to identify deviations according to the KPIs
3- develop policies to motivate the employees to do their best
4- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
5- Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers

this group including a petroleum services company, free zone company, and tourism company . i got the position of accounting manager .my work description is as follows :
1- to prepare strategic budget, and cash budget
2- to follow up and control this budget
3- to maintain the control system for inventory, and cash
4- to prepare costing statements, and make a recommendation for the management in pricing policy
5- to develop all reports required by the high management to help them make a decision
6- to evaluate the financial performance by analyzing the financial statements
7- to develop internal control procedures
8- to follow up preparation of the financial statements and trial balance operation
9- to manage all managerial activities related to the finance department

1- Follow all the operational activities for the outsourcing providers related to the finance department
2- Follow the cash movement during operation of the projects with the outsourcing provider
3- Follow the process of collecting the fees of maintenance for all projects with the outsourcing provider
4- Audit the operational budget for the projects which prepared by the outsourcing provider
5-develop analytical financial reports that supports the management in evaluating the outsourcing provider performance and decision making process concerning to the operation of the projects
