Responsibilities
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership, as well as stewardship by being actively involved in all technical & operational programs and services. Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the program and service areas, focusing on systems/process improvement. Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for all staff to give feedback on program operations for reaching the maximum Guest satisfaction limits concerning speed & quality.
• Pre-construction, look-up and construction follow up till the Hand Over to the operation takes place.
• Assets management & maintenance through the planned maintenance programs (Planned Preventive Maintenance - PPM).
• Tendering & contracting for all new projects.
• Lead a high performing team of regional and program directors to the next level by further developing and implementing recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
• Partner with the CEO to represent with external constituency groups, including community, governmental, and private organizations.
• Ensure that all program activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values.
• Prepare and submit an annual operational budget to the CEO and CFO for review and approval, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
• Ensure the continued financial viability of program/service units through sound fiscal management.
• Provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic planning processes with the CEO, Managers & staff.
• Electromechanical supervision & hand over from the sub-contractors to the main contractor (stage by stage in Rixos Sea gate 1, Rixos Sea Gate 2, Blue Planet).
• Hotel complete technical Hand Over from the owning company to the operating company (Rixos Sea Gate 1).
• Technical supervision, PPM program implementation & periodical audits for hotels (Rixos Sharm, Rixos Sea Gate, Tirana Aqua Park, Island View resort & Island Garden resort ).
• Owning company approvals for the technical projects and FF&E needed to the properties.

Responsibilities include technical overview (planned, preventive & predictive maintenance programs), staff management, fund raising, financial and facilities management, public relations, and direct & indirect service with clients in more than 12 projects ( Mountain View 1, Mountain View 2, Executive Residence Katamia & Hyde Park located in the 5th settlement, October Park, Giza plateau & Chill out Park located in 6th of October, Diplomat Ras Elhekma, Mountain View 4 & Mountain View 5 located in Al-Sokhna, Mountain View 3 located in the North coast).
Responsible for managing all aspects of the organization and operations, providing leadership in tactical and strategic initiatives.
Representative for community outreach, collaboration, communications and coordination with the City councils and other community service organizations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evolution and execution of the mission and vision:
• Manage the evolution of services to meet the expectations of clients within the scope of the mission statement as set by the Board of Directors.

Technical:
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership, as well as stewardship by being actively involved in all technical & operational programs and services. • Technical & operational supervision & hand over from the contractors to the operation.
• Periodical audits on the project’s departments.
• Assets management through the planned maintenance programs (Planned Preventive Maintenance - PPM).
• Applying the maintenance & repairs as per the standards (required level of service) in order to satisfy our clients.

Community Engagement:
• Establish and maintain contact with local and regional community service organizations and governmental agencies.
• Plan and oversee operational updates, create an operational outreach plan.
• Generate periodic communication with existing and potential clients for planning the future expansions as per the present operational feedback.
• Recruitment, orientation, training of staff.
• Create annual planning calendar of education and appreciation events.
• Provide ongoing direction and communication with our team to ensure engagement, understanding of the mission and enhance retention.

Financial Planning and Oversight:
• Generation of annual budget and budget projections, coordination with fundraising.
• Generation of quarterly financial reports through the financial department for presentation to the Board of Directors.
• Maintenance of financial records related to operations variables.
• Generation of all required government reports and filings.
• Oversight the operating funds.

Clients:
• Create annual planning calendar of special events, holiday celebrations, etc. for clients.
• Effectively manage resources and budget to ensure development of operations.

Building and Facilities Management:
• Create and oversee Capital Renovation and Investment Plan that reflects the current needs of the organization and supports future growth.

Personnel:
• Creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and personal accountability in which the mission can be fully realized.
• Manage the Assistant Directors and other staff as needed.
