- Managing Fixed network projects, ensuring an integrated quality of the final product, using people skills to build, support and motivate project teams, and troubleshooting in case of any deviations.
- Ensures Enterprise Business Units alignment through owning the delivery process of their requirement projects. In addition, owns the requirements gather processes and ensures that such requirements are well integrated within technology plans
- Define project scope, objectives and needs and responsible for E2E implementation of enterprise customer fixed connectivity.
- Responsible for delivering cost and timelines needed by commercial sales for quoting enterprise customers on their connectivity requirements.
- Prepare a detailed project plan including priorities, milestones & Target Delivery Date (TDD)
- Ensure all resources are included in the project plans
- Manage conflicts regarding manpower or cash flow to minimize their effect on projects.
- Escalate any resources deficiency to ensure delivery and align sales with project plans updates.
- Periodic reporting on the projects status and highlight next steps/support needed and escalate challenges timely to proper stakeholder to ensure delivery and align sales with updates.
- Ensure a timely and satisfactory delivery of business requirements to business sponsors.
- Resolve conflicts in solution provision Vs. business requirements where gaps arise.

Mobile Products & Services Evolution Supervisor -Technology Enterprise Unit at Vodafone Egypt

- Acting as data and P&S Delivery Account manager towards the corresponding Business teams on all their new developments & requirements from P&S.
- Drive the definition for design, implementation and delivery of new products and services for Vodafone Egypt’s Enterprise business.

- Responsible for process enhancement and introducing workarounds for enterprise customers’ implementations inside technology teams.
- Watch KPIs vs. implementations, reporting quarterly with eyes on next quarter resources.
- Align with technology and commercial teams for current and new services costing model.
- Calculate and Challenge customers solutions cost E2E.
- Review and govern the CAPEX & OPEX requirements for the approved enterprise product & solution roadmap.
- Put standards and parameters to accept the solution, without delaying acceptance time.
- Monitor the trends of performance for different enterprise services/nodes, in order to take corrective action in the light of deviations from defined KPIs
- Adopt best solutions practices from Vodafone Global to local requirements.
- Generate Regular Reports on customers and implementations to direct business with the most services needed and which area to direct the investment.
