◘ The total project budget: 1 billion riyals.
◘ 1st phase budget: 300 million riyals.
◘ 2nd phase budget: 200 million riyals.
• Accountable for preparing the time schedules.
• Accountable for the Follow-up on the construction schedule.
• Update the project schedule.
• Monitor the project progress.
• Visits site regularly for checking and assuring that the work on land is matching the plan progress.
• Demonstrate the active support for the Project Management Team.
• Report to and support the project manager on all planning manners.
• Suggest solutions for any delay occurs to accelerate the progress rate.
• Coordinate between the site engineers and the administrative managers.
• Coordinate with the quantities surveyor throughout project execution.
• Monitor the procurement progress as per procurement schedule.
• Create monthly PowerPoint presentation related to the Project.
• Prepare weekly project look-ahead schedule.
• Prepare the daily evaluation report.
• Prepare the weekly reports for the Consultancy Office.
• Prepare the monthly reports for the Jeddah Municipality.
• Prepare the master plan for phase 2.
The project consists of 4 phases and located on Jeddah - Asfan highway
◘ The project budget: 38 million riyals.
• Responsible for supervision on the structural execution works for a sewage treatment station.
• Review and comparison between structural and architectural plans.
• Review the quantities sheets and construction materials for accreditation.
◘ I have been worked for 3 months then I resigned because of impossibility to transfer the sponsorship upon that office, although I have got the accreditation from the ministry of water and electricity.
◘ The total project budget: 84 million riyals.
◘ The 6 sites budget: 28 million riyals.
• Responsible for executing the whole construction processes for 6 of the 18 sites of Health centers in different locations under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and its consultancy office.
• Reviewing and comparison between the architectural and structural plans.
• Responsible for preparing the grid leveling for the 6 sites.
• Follow-up the excavation for foundations of the main building, fence, and treatment, water, and septic tanks to its levels after drawing its places on the ground.
• Follow-up the leveling and compaction processes for the soil and its tests.
• Estimates of various items of the execution processes and review with the consultant.
• Quantities survey calculations.
• A team leader.
• Responsible for executing the construction work for a multi-store building of 19 floors.
• Responsible for executing the finishes work.
◘ The project budget: 200 million Egyptian pounds.
• Responsible for supervision on executing for all construction works of Sakr factory for food industries.
• Responsible for supervision on erecting of the steel skeleton and sandwich sheets.
• Responsible for review and supervision on admixture and treatment materials such as Sika Fiber, Sika Chapdur Premix, Sika Seal 105, Sika Zinc Rich, Kemapoxy 165, Kemapoxy 150, Kem Primer ZNP, Delta Roof Mastic, and Grout concrete.
• Responsible for supervision on the finishes work.
• Quantities survey calculations.
• Supervision on executing the construction works, steel reinforcement, and concrete works.
• Supervision on executing of finishes works such as brick buildings, painting, ceramic, roof isolating works, sanitary works, and marble.
• Preparing the quantity survey of ceramic and paints works.
• Responsible for executing the finishes items such as brick buildings, painting, ceramic, isolating works, sanitary works etc...
• Responsible for executing the decoration drawings and architectural designs in addition to finishes works for a villa.
• Responsible for executing and adjustment of steel reinforcement and concrete works.
• preparing the quantity survey of concrete, paints and controlling the labors responsibilities.
