Create and manage the creation of complete stand-alone construction drawings for
aerial, buried, manhole and conduit systems,
• Prepare and manage the submittal of permit applications to multiple municipalities
and utilities,
• Perform Pole Loading Analysis and prepare pole Attachment and Make Ready
documentation,
• Review engineering drawing and designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to
established specifications and standards,
• Prepare appropriate documentation for project management,
• Interface with client and municipalities on behalf of the client to ensure smooth
progression of the project
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and project budgets.
• Collect field data for design of construction drawings including the preparation of
field notes, sketches, and recorded measurements of all exiting utilities, structures,
roadways and construction obstacles.
• Must have knowledge of aerial, buried, underground and building entrance design for
Telecom
• Must be able to read and understand highway/road prints, be able to identify conflicts
with existing outside plant facilities, and select routing required for projects.
• May be required to provide on-site construction inspection to insure design
specifications are met by the construction contractor. Further duties will include but
are not limited to: redlines, bore design, and make-ready analysis, field notes, pole
survey, conduit systems, locating, QC prints, butterfly drawings, and preparation of
prints.
The main contractor for Clients (Etisalat, Du, Railway, CNIA, AL Maktoum
Does the request for municipality zoning team to conduct demarcation
survey for site plan purposes and contributes ideas on technical
recommendation when necessary for implementation
Manages and evaluates subcontractor’s performance based on quality
wise approach which meets the standards both the company and the
costumer
Evaluates, monitors, manages, recommends the whole Civil Works
Department based on their performance, productivity, efficiency and
quality of work
Contributes ideas in project costs analysis in all technical aspects related
to tender or bidding documents
Reviews and approves Detailed Design Drawings for Implementation
submitted to costumers for implementation
Contributes and recommends ideas to consultant’s remarks on quality
wise solutions on each projects for costumer’s satisfaction
Attends project coordination meetings with the costumers when
necessary with respect to all project related dealings
Collaborates with HSE, QA/QC engineers to strictly implement and observe HSE,
QA/QC standards on site (both “In-house and service suppliers”)
Strictly requires service suppliers and in-house in preparing non-
conformance report of any defective items with the QC/QA Engineer whenever
necessary
Diligently requires Civil Supervisors to comply with all technical documents
related to implementation, costs reduction, punch-lists clearances, and as-built
drawings as a standard procedure in executing the project
Instructs Civil Supervisors to conduct Pre-PAT inspection to both “In-house and
Service suppliers” work to ensure and prepare the sites snags free as necessary prior
to PAT with the client.
Requests the customer to conduct PAT /FAT (Preliminary/Final Acceptance Test) in
all project completed projects
Follow up daily targets for construction team.
Work distribution: Responsible of distributing the work between
constructions engineers team after checking and revising the shop
drawings
Co-sites: adding the new antennas and feeders, duplexers, RBS1800MHZ,
new cable trays, new power control, and power cable.
Micro Cell: including Omni antennas installation, Yagi antennas, outdoor
BTS, and system power in Hotels, incorporation, and moles.
Repeaters: Project Coordinator: Coordinate between Vodafone and
HOI/ASTE.
Quality Control and supervising: visiting the sites during construction
phase to make sure that all works according to international codes and
specs, and according to Vodafone specs, in addition to final visit to sites
after construction for acceptance.
Supervising sub-contractor: Responsible of distributing the work between
sub-contractors and follow up the sub-contractor during the construction
phase
And accepting the site after finishing construction.
Mobilization: Following up transporting the materials from stores to the
sites and to be stored on sites in properly manner.

o 12Green Field, 36 New Sites, 33 Co-Sites, 4 Micro cells sites, 3 Repeater

Duties and Responsibilities:
Transmission stations and mobile centrals.
design and execution of some 18 mobile towers all over Egypt,
Execution of 8 mobile stations in Algeria in the states of Wahran, Shelf,
Tandoff, Adrar, Mostghanem, and Telmesan .
executed tower that consists of 45 meters and supervised the execution
of 15 sites at the Shelf state in Algeria,
Implementing the maintenance of some these sites.
Inspection of buildings to decide its validity and whether is free of flaws

Ensure layout drawing complying with MobiNil RF & transmission
requirements.
Supervision of technicians & subcontractor team during building of sites
to make sites RFI (ready for installation) & acceptance.
Supervision on the installation of more than 150 sites (BTS / BSC). MobiNil

bedroom at the ministry of endowments.
b. Villas and Residences and administrative buildings at Al Rehab City
as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts

Prepare Materials Approval Request and Materials Verification Request
Prepare Inspection Test Request before proceeding and when work is completed
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations and work
implementation

Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by
the client/architect;
Coordinate with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity
surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
Coordinate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and
surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of
progress;
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site
labor force and the work of any subcontractors
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet
agreed deadlines;
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
Preparing reports as required
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
