Acquiring and maintaining new clients by requesting meeting & drop visits, , etc .
Identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements and maintaining relationships
Maintain the current customers’ needs and relation with the brand to insure their loyalty
Creating customer quotations and participate in price negations
Resolving any client issues to ensure client satisfaction
Visiting out Door Potential customers, understanding their Business requirements and present the equal item from the Brand with compatible price to insure there is a foot step for us in the business.

Preparation of monthly forecast report for expected sales, performing a variance analysis & justification

Ensuring perfect quality & delivery timing of products in order to meet and exceed customer expectation
Weekly reporting to GM about sales activity
Analyzing the daily sales report from the sales team and reporting results to management
Daily communicating with production manager in order to ensure lead times are maintained
Ensuring client relationships are maintained and acquiring new clients
Resolving client inquiries face to face or through mails
Contacting prospective clients and discussing their requirement
Achieving assigned revenue targets & KPIs
Developing and maintain successful business relations with all prospect clients
Developing the daily delivery plan in order to insure the maximum number of orders are delivered
Maintain customer relations and enhance the organizations network
Certify the organization with various independent consultants
Represent the organisation in various exhibitions inside and outside of Qatar
Co-ordinate with the marketing team regarding sales forecast
Reporting daily sales report to senior management
Co-ordinate with the operation manager and the sales manager about daily sales .
Co-operate with the marketing team on how to increase sales and exceed target
Tracking and collection of account receivables
Follow up and collection of bad debts past due customers
Co-ordinate with the legal Department regarding the customers regarding bad debt customers
Follow up with the Customer Services department to insure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
