• Take overall responsibility for the performance and quality control of all MEP trades.
• Fluency and familiarity of all contract documents.
• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors from contract award through project close out.
• Implement and manage MEP coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations. May involve the use of AutoCAD, Revit.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance and completeness.
• Participate in the cost review and change order process as it relates to the MEP trades.
• Review all payment requests from MEP subcontractors and ensure that they are proper and timely.
• Provide scheduling input to the project team as it relates to the MEP trades
• Coordinate onsite MEP activities, materials procurement, and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.
• Attend weekly meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Monitors the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project.
Coordinating between MEP & Interior designers (ID) along with client /end user requirements.
Reviewing final MEP design drawing before submission to consultant for approval.
Coordinating between Audio/Video (AV) and Home Automation (HAS) Specialist, MEP contractor, ID department, and client / end user for final location/finishes and programing/arrangement.
Attending weekly / monthly meetings with consultant and client and other stakeholders (Amiri Guards, UDC, Kahramaa, ..etc ) .
Reviewing MEP contractor shop drawing prior to submittal for consultant approval and co-ordination with other construction elements.
Coordinating with Kitchen specialist, fountain & swimming pool specialist and Ansul fire suppression system at kitchen for integration with MEP services.
Reviewing materials technical submittals and the inspection test plane, Method of statement and subcontractor prequalification with specification compliance.
Assist QS and planning department for updating MEP systems progress.
Ensuring that MEP SON/NCR are closed out.
Set up meetings to resolve specific site problems as required to minimize program delays.
Reviewing MEP contractor shop drawing prior to submittal for consultant approval and co-ordination with other construction elements.

Carry out site walks and inspections for services installation, identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team and MEP Manager.
Carry out inspections for MEP Contractor material along with QA/QC and Consultant.
Ensure that MEP SON/NCR are closed out.
Set up meetings to resolve specific site problems as required to minimize program delays.

Job Description:
Reviewing IFC drawing, shop drawings, and as built drawing of electrical power
layouts, DB schedule, Instrumentation, Fire alarm, BMS, Central Battery, ELV,
Earthing, Lighting and preparing technical queries.
Reviewing the material submittals and the inspection test plane, Method statement
and subcontractor prequalification.
Performing quality control inspections and handing over the work to client and
consultants.
Preparing daily report regarding daily work at site including subcontractor work and
percentage of work done as per look head plan.
Coordinating between subcontractors, main contractor and consultant.
Following up on material delivery at site.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly milestones.
