-Responsible for online web store sales and promotions, manage all social media advertisement such as Face book., Twitter, instagram and other social community sites and applications to improve the company sales and activate the web store.
-Contact with purchase mangers and provide them with quotations for the outdoor sales and encourage them to be our prospect customers.
- Receive cash from salesmen and ensure with the daily report.
- Review the bank account with invoices and ensure that bills made in same time, products and amount.
- Inventory management and validity of more profit stock items at shops and check up time to time.
- Schedule staff duty timing to be compatible in rash hours
- Check sales and sales return had been entered correctly and ensure the attached files
- Receive the daily sales reports from branches managers and compare them with cash and bank statement.
- Ensure the internal transfer that issued and delivered between branches.
- Outside Muscat branches periodic Inventory check.
