Managing and leading R&D Team in the field of Fire Fighting & Pumps Solution, Adding and adapting new technologies while creating cutting edge technology products to serve current company products.

Worked as R&D Engineer at IT Synergy, was responsible to research and develop in Microsoft cutting edge technology products especially (LYNC) and compare it to open source VOIP Solutions, also worked on Microsoft private cloud & Clustering over cloud and I did some work in the sales department as a pre-sales engineer with good record of success for 4 months
Worked as Enterprise System Engineer at Technology Gate, was responsible to manage, develop and sell current products. Was responsible to train & prepare new employees on new systems and was responsible to provide technical support for end users for 20 months.
Worked as Microsoft System Engineer at IT Synergy, was responsible to Install, Maintain and Develop in installed systems and manage to monitor running systems for 15 months
