o Handling various types of company legal cases including Dispute Real Estate, Civil, Commercial, Labor, and Arbitration cases; analyzing cases, preparing to initiate/defend cases, o preparing memos, attending hearings (arbitration cases), participating in expert meetings, and monitoring cases at all stages. o Drafting and reviewing various agreements, notices, and all forms of legal documents. o Providing legal consultation for business and company activities. o Managing corporate afairs, company structure, company general assemblies, resolutions, and all company-related transactions o Among the most significant accomplishments is resolving the legal dispute through negotiation in the prominent pharmaceutical company monopoly case, decreasing the financial penalty, resuming operations, and reinstating employees. o Establishing the legal department within the company.
o Conducting restructuring, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of complex commercial and procurement contracts, especially those related to IT, collective labor, software licenses, and related matters. o Providing guidance to the company on tendering processes, public procurement regulations, and data protection law. Reviewing and evaluating bids/RFCs from a legal and contractual perspective in collaboration with the Sales and Bidding team. o Ofering legal guidance for businesses; working with HR to create employment contracts and labor ofice regulations. o Supporting the implementation of the companys policies, standards, practices, processes, and internal controls for commercial and legal
matters, and representing the company before governmental and non-governmental agencies and labor issues. o Changing the companys system to comply with the laws regulating work. o Establishing a high-caliber legal team to handle significant compensation and legal disputes for employees.
o Assessing lega risks and propose mitigation strategies for management review and approval.. o Negotiate product and service contracts, settlement agreements, and master agreements. Identify and resolve complex
issues related to contract language, procedures, or practices. o Monitor the outsourced legal work to ensure it meets SADAT Group standards. o Represent SADAT Group in arbitrations and mediations. o Handle corporate matters for SADAT Group. o Any other legal matters assigned to him/her o Provide legal advice and assistance to the Sadat GROUP.
