• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and qualitative performance upgrades of the company telephone central system through planning and redesigning the system capacity including routing for seating assignments.
• Planning and monitoring the administration of maintenance process of IT system hardware and peripherals.
• Ensure effective interaction with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner through skillful IT staff.
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products. Including determining department purchase budget.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Establishing and revising department KPIs and reporting on staff performance to business development director.
