• Preparing drawings for approval based on technical offer and approved SLD.
• Following EEHC Specs for L.V panels and M.V RMUs and Kiosks.
• Communicate with tender and PM teams for any inquiries regarding client’s
requirements and modifications.
• Prepare BOM for projects for the manufacturing stage.
• Provide technical support to team members and other teams such as Tender, Aftersales and PM teams.
• Continuously learning new topics and working on new development projects
(Such as EPLAN).

• Supervise visual inspections of finished products.
• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
• Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality.
• Stop production if serious product defects are present.
• Supervise factory inspection with the client and make any modifications required.

• Prepare low voltage panels drawings including SLD, Panel Layout and control circuits.
• Follow up with the technical studies team for any modifications.
• Prepare material list for the manufacturing process after approval.
• Worked on most ABB LV Panels including: - Pro-E, IS2, Unikit, SR Basic .. etc.
• Worked on various types of panels including but not limited to:- ATS, MCC, MDB and
SMDB panels

• Plan and set production schedules.
• Supervise and provide support to the technicians.
• Troubleshoot any problems occurring during the manufacturing process.
• Perform any required modifications after the client’s factory inspection.
