Managing Logistics Dept. team members (23 members) & Activities (Commodity Transportation, Distribution & Order
Fulfillment) using related procedures & documentations.
• Maintain all related strategic aspects of the logistics delivery agents including qualifying, sourcing, contracting & all
the required documentation.
• Lead and report warehousing, logistics & distribution KPIs, such as Logistics Spend, OTIF, Fulfilment rate, Loading
Efficiency, Expedite Costs, etc.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, control tower and customer operations team for planning and execution of
supplier orders and related management.
• Manage customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Support warehouse teams to ensure systems and reporting are in place for effective storage and distribution.
• Ensure deliveries are made within credit limits.

Run forecasting, inventory management, master data management, seasonal planning, DC operations, store ordering
and operations, supplier planning and order fulfilment.
• Supply planning & Production order initiation. - Order Shipping plan follow up.
• Production & Shipping lead time, forecast Accuracy, Order shipping & sales analysis.
• Preparation of Supply Budget.
• Stock optimization. - Supply Order applications on system (ERP)

Support Logistics Dept. team members (18 members) & Activities (Transportation, Distribution & Order Fulfillment)
using related procedures & documentations.
• Ensure deliveries are made within credit limits. - Send trucking company daily deliveries schedule.
• Report on previous daily activities (production, stocks, deliveries) - Attend Production meeting & Planning meeting.
• Manage customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Monitoring stocks of Raw material & Product. Report daily activities (production, stocks, deliveries, new & Open sales).
• Allocate / apply transactions on various ERP systems and sheets. Daily and monthly Stocks reconciliations
• Coordinate with customers scheduling deliveries, Issues invoices, dispatch notes and quality certificates for deliveries.
Reporting To: Customer Service & Logistics Lead

Managing all warehouse activities, procedures, documentations & application on WMS.
• Receiving Goods: By making sure that quantities in the Purchasing Order are like the ones received, also with the same
description as part no. etc.
• Storage: By arranging the received goods in order on stock shelves using codes.
• Issuing: By getting issue requests from a certain department, goods are issued to that department with the quantities
needed and mentioned.

Carry out shipments import & export processes including freight, booking, documentation, shipping & tracking.
• Getting different quotations from several shipping lines and forwarders. - Booking Containers.
• Getting the suitable rate, with the agreed shipping terms (FOB, CNF, CIF, etc.).
• Contacting the shipper, shipping of goods, tracking the vessel.
• Shipment documentation preparation. - Finalize shipments documentation.

Carry out all warehouse activities, procedures, documentations & application on WMS.
• Receiving Goods: By making sure that quantities in the Purchasing Order are like the ones received, also with the same
description as part no. etc.
