Managing full fitout project from the rental phase till the handing over
• Managing Fit-out projects for the group from Rental Phase till the close out.
• Coordinating with Brands designer Representatives and providing LOD’s and as build site survey.
• Coordinating with mall’s representative to receive the TDCM and getting full info. about the site utilities.
• Coordinating with brands commercial team for EOD to align with projects time frame.
• Technical review for general contractor’s and supplier’s quotation to insure their conformity with design requirements.
• Managing site progress with General contractor on a daily basis with respect the project’s working schedule
• Issuing weekly progress reports for ongoing projects to brands.
• Pricing projects according to the market prices with risk management consideration and preparing the cost structure according to the best quality and lowest prices.
• Controlling the budget for projects and insuring that site progress is according to time schedules.
• Attending and representing the company at conference call meetings including many parties from different counties to discuss technical issues on the spot and resolving obstacles.
• Reviewing contracts, specifications and finalizing contracts with all parties.
• Negotiated various contract variations with clients and agreed on the amendments’ schedule and cost impacts to close agreements.
• Observing daily site progress and quality control.
•Coordinating between all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural) to solve technical issues.
•Answering all technical questions of the contractor and supervision staff during construction phase.
•Site supervision on finishing works.
•Attending meetings with stakeholders to review the site progress and resolve any obstacle.
•Preparing RFI's to consultant and attending the inspection on site finishing works.
