- Responsible for full spectrum of procurement activities and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures.
- Provide professional direction, guidance and support on procurement matters.
- Work with users to determine best approach to supply market.
- Prepare RFQ document, analyze RFQ responses and lead the procurement, including tendering & contracting, process.
- Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms.
- Compile Purchase Order and maintain good record trail of transactions.
- Assist in ad-hoc procurement related projects and report analysis to senior management when necessary.
- Creation of reports, sheets, templates.
- Relationship Building and International Relations.
- Events organization.
- Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working.
- Establish rapport with key people in the organization and consultants to the company. Monitor and report progress on
company's growth through coordination among various departments.
- Lead and manage one of the three key business functions; Marketing, Administration, logistics & Support.
- identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
- negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided;
