I started by building the financial department from day one and Currently handling all Financial issues and accounting tasks related to the company such as :


• Review and authorize the weekly accounts payable run.
• Perform detailed account analysis and corporate month-end processing and reporting.
• Review the monthly Business Activity Statements and review all monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports for revenues and expenses to the top
management.
• Analyze the revenues and the expenses and generate a monthly comparison sheet with previous months and generate a report with the differences.
• Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiaries ledgers, AR, AP, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost and operating expenses.
• Drive internal and external audit reviews.
• Preparing the cost analysis for the projects (Direct & Indirect Cost) on a monthly basis.
• Preparing the monthly Payroll with related additions and/or deductions.
• Preparing the quarterly financial reports (P&L and Balance sheet).
• Handling all the Taxes Examination( With Holding taxes, Salaries taxes and Stamp Taxes).
• Participated in the preparation of annual budget and report the deviation between actual and budgets.
• Quarterly KPIs Financial reports.
• Understand, identify, and communicate key performance drivers and reason for variances vs. forecast and business cases by preparing a monthly pack to explain the performance and the variance of each category.
• Monthly closing with our Holding Company at Beirut Office.
• Preparing the budget and financial forecasting.
• Cash flow control and analysis.
• Control and maintain the company Assets.
• Improve Internal Control Process.
• Create a yearly business plan that is aligned with the company’s business strategy.
• Maintained and administered the corporate financial accounting system (SUN Financial System).
• Helping the company to apply its internal financial and administration procedures and issue a report on
quarterly basis to confirm its efficiency.
• Driving the company for a yearly evaluation system.

I started also with the administration department in setting the new rules and producers for the new company such as :

• Based on man power policy, we applied a new attendance system under my supervision.
• Reflect to the management the monthly performance of the employees.
• Preparing the end of service indemnity as per the company policy.
